Do the vehicles include insurance?

Yes, all our cars include full coverage insurance so you can go anywhere with peace of mind.

What happens if the car I rented has a failure?

If the car you rented has a mechanical failure that has NOT to do with misuse on your part, we will gladly exchange it for one of similar category.

What happens if I crash the vehicle I rented?

Depending on the magnitude of the blow, in case it is a severe blow, it is settled through the insurance and you have to cover the deductible. If it is minor, it is repaired and deducted from the initial deposit.

What is the escrow deposit for?

The security deposit is used to cover, if necessary, minor damages to the vehicle that do not require insurance assistance, for example, scratches, extremely dirty car, stains on the seats, lack of gasoline, fines, flat tires, missing parts.

Can I extend the rental days of the car?

Yes, contact us and we can make arrangements for you to enjoy the vehicle for a longer period of time.

Can I rent the car by the month, or by the year?

Can I rent a car with a driver's license from another country?

Yes, all our customers are welcome.

Can I invoice the car rental?

Yes, as long as you provide us with your tax information in the month in which the rental was made.

Can I leave the state?

Yes, as long as you agree to cover all expenses that may arise from a situation in another state that requires moving people, transporting the vehicle and any legal expenses, per diem, lodging and necessities of the circumstance.

Do I need a credit card to make my reservation?

No, payment at the branch can be made by debit card or cash.

What is the age limit to rent a car?

According to Mexican law the minimum age for operations is 18 years old, for drivers 18-25 years old, an extra 25% of the security deposit is charged.

Can I rent a car with a copy of my INE and License?

Although you can reserve the car with the documents in digital format, you MUST present your original documents in order to close the operation as well as a proof of your stay in the city.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If your travel plans have changed, we take care of you. Notify our call center at 999-8022-629 about your cancellation and you will only be charged 5% of the transaction.

Can I rent the vehicle in one place and return it in another?

Of course, the cost to move the vehicle out of our branch and into Merida is $350 pesos. We can NOT pick up or deliver vehicles to other states of the Republic. For special situations, please contact us.

How is the rental price of the vehicle calculated?

Our rates cover 24 hours of use of the vehicle with one courtesy hour for its return. In case you exceed the time limit, you will be charged 50% of the daily rental cost for each hour of delay and after 4 hours of delay you will be charged for the full day.

How much does it cost to rent a baby seat?

The cost of renting a car seat is $150 pesos per day. NOTE, children under 8 years old must travel in a car seat.

What happens if I leave the keys inside the vehicle?

Contact us immediately. All costs arising from this situation are borne by the customer.

What happens if I lose my vehicle keys?

Contact us immediately. All costs are borne by the customer as the duplicate has to be ordered through the dealership.

What happens if I have an accident in the vehicle?

What happens if I get a flat tire?

Go to a safe place and make the change for the spare tire, then contact us. You can request assistance at our customer service number 999-8022-629.

Can I smoke in the car?

NO, the vehicles are smoke-free. If smoke odor is detected, a fee of $1,000 pesos will be charged for disinfection and interior cleaning. If burns are detected anywhere on the vehicle, the customer is responsible to cover the repair of the damage.

What happens if I forget an object inside the vehicle?

Call our customer service number and we will be glad to help you. Forgotten items are kept for 30 days after the date of delivery. After this period, we are not responsible for objects left inside the rented vehicle.
